What data we collect
- When you order: full name, email, phone, delivery address, notes, products bought, amount and outcome of the payment.
- When you write through the contact form or the chat: the details you enter and your message.
- We do not collect your card or account details: the payment provider handles them directly.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To fulfil your order, ship it, support you and handle returns and refunds (performance of the contract).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To answer your requests (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
- To prevent abuse and fraud (legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. We do not sign you up to newsletters without your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to deliver the service: Revolut (payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay), PayPal, the courier delivering the parcel, Resend (confirmation emails), Cloudflare (site hosting and temporary order storage) and the advisers who handle our accounting. Each handles the data under its own rules and, where required, as a data processor.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (for example in the United States). In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long
The technical order records on the site are deleted automatically after about 120 days. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law (normally 10 years). Emails and messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@tegete.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics. It stores in your browser only the contents of your cart (technical storage needed for the site to work), which stays on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them. Payments are handled on external pages with their own notices.
The chat button opens WhatsApp: from then on your data is also processed by WhatsApp under its own notice.
